What you’ll do:
- Lead Full-Cycle Recruiting: Own hiring processes end-to-end, from role scoping through to offer and acceptance. Build strong pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs, using proactive sourcing strategies and market mapping.
- Partner with Hiring Managers: Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and business leaders. Support with defining role requirements, shaping interview processes, and aligning on hiring strategy. Provide guidance to ensure effective and consistent decision-making.
- Deliver a Best-in-Class Candidate Experience: Ensure every candidate interaction reflects Polly’s standards. Communicate clearly, provide timely feedback, and create a professional, transparent experience regardless of outcome.
- Drive Hiring Outcomes: Focus on delivering the best hires, not just filling roles. Maintain a high bar for candidate quality and alignment. Take ownership of results and continuously look for ways to improve performance.
- Manage Stakeholder Alignment: Maintain clear and structured communication across candidates, hiring managers, and People partners. Keep processes moving efficiently and proactively manage any challenges.
- Leverage Data & Process: Maintain accurate data within ATS systems and use insights to improve hiring outcomes. Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and local regulations.
What you have:
- Full-Cycle Recruiting Ownership: Proven experience managing end-to-end recruiting processes, with the ability to independently drive multiple searches while maintaining quality and pace.
- Technical Recruiting Expertise: Experience hiring for technical roles, with an understanding of how to assess talent and build strong pipelines in competitive markets.
- Hiring Manager Partnership: Demonstrated ability to work closely with hiring managers, influence decisions, and provide guidance on hiring strategy, market conditions, and candidate evaluation.
- Sourcing & Market Mapping: Strong experience proactively identifying and engaging talent using sourcing tools, including LinkedIn and Boolean search techniques, as well as building and maintaining pipelines.
- Candidate Experience Excellence: A consistent track record of delivering a high-quality, professional candidate experience, with clear communication and strong stakeholder management.
