Hi, we're Oscar. We're hiring a Senior Manager, Provider Experience Strategy to join our Provider Experience Team.

About the role:
You will drive the strategy and end-to-end implementation of programming focused on optimizing the provider experience. You will collaborate cross-functionally and partner closely with internal teams to manage complex project plans and deliver impactful outcomes. You will leverage data to build compelling narratives and make informed decisions and solve end-to-end challenges and bring a strong ownership attitude to achieving team goals.
You will report into the Director, Strategic Planning.
Work Location: This position is based in our Tempe, Arizona office, requiring a hybrid work schedule with 3 days of in-office work per week. Thursdays are a required in-office day for team meetings and events, while your other two office days are flexible to suit your schedule. #LI-Hybrid
Pay Transparency: The base pay for this role is: $134,136 - $176,053 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar's unlimited vacation program and annual performance bonuses.
Responsibilities:
- Help achieve and execute the strategy for department-specific programs
- Manage important cross-functional projects from definition to delivery, including project plan creation, stakeholder engagement, and post-launch iteration.
- Define success criteria and use data fluency to analyze performance, own root-cause analysis, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Evaluate existing workflows to identify gaps and build operating plans that improve department projects.
- Improve consensus and align with leadership on overarching needs, building complex projects.
- Help grow direct reports (as applicable) and provide mentorship to promote colleagues' professional development.
- Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

Requirements:
- 6+ years experience in strategy and operations.
- Healthcare experience (Health Insurance, Health Systems, or Healthcare Consulting)
- 4+ years of experience in product management and program management
Bonus points:
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements in programs
- Successfully executed enterprise-wide initiatives: defined project plans, coordinated resources, managed implementation activities, and developed all processes associated with program rollout and ongoing support
- Comfort and experience working with technology stakeholders to ideate and leverage tech solutions to drive business value
- Knowledge of U.S. health insurance business models and dynamics, especially related to initiatives targeting the provider experience
- Master's Degree
- PMP Certifications or Program Management Certifications
