Hi, we're Oscar. We're hiring a Manager, Growth Operations to join our Sales team.

About the role


The Manager, Growth Operations is responsible for leading external partnership strategy & optimization. The Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end development and optimization of Oscar’s partner and enrollment surface lifecycle . The Manager will use their expertise and leadership to work with other teams at Oscar to develop new products, procedures, solutions, and workflows.

You will report to the Sr. Manager Growth Technical Operations

This is a hybrid role in our New York office. You will work part of the time in the office and part of the time remote / work-from-home. #LI-Hybrid

The base pay for this role is: $103,200-$135,450 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar's unlimited vacation program, and annual performance bonuses.

Responsibilities

  • Design and optimize key processes related to external partner relationship operations and service
  • Partner with Oscar’s Technology team on the development of new tools and procedures Develop reporting and oversight processes to ensure the continued compliance and operational health of Oscar’s partner relationships
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives including developing business cases to support investment, building project plans, managing project teams, and providing updates to senior leadership.
  • Cultivate a deep understanding and become the subject matter expert on your assigned markets, products, and/or initiatives.
  • Build frameworks for analyzing market and surface insights to leadership
  • Create data models and tools that produce actionable business insights to drive strategic decisions.
  • Source, organize, and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of initiatives.
  • Manage and/or act as a mentor to your direct reports and/or more junior team members
  • Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years commensurate work experience
  • 4+ years experience working in healthcare, financial or tech operations
  • 3+ High level of expertise in SQL and database management
  • 1+ years managing and/or supporting the development of a team
  • 3+ years Experience managing financial processes

Bonus Points

  • Experience working directly with Growth-oriented teams (e.g. Sales)
  • Knowledge of insurance regulations
  • Working knowledge of Python and other coding languages

Pay Transparency:

Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience.
