  • Manage Ori’s log of site-related RFIs, ensuring all necessary details are resolved prior to installation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and contribute to the continuous improvement of Ori's on-site verification process and architectural solutions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture

  • Proficiency in design, drafting, and collaboration software (Adobe, CAD, BIM, Bluebeam, Miro, Figma, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of on-site verification standard processes and 3D scanning technology
  • Proven technical and diagrammatic graphic ability (with work samples), and the ability to translate technical information into easily digestible formats for on-site teams
  • Ability to adapt and learn quickly and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, innovative environment, while managing to tight deadlines with acute attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks
  • Innate communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Great attitude: additive to our culture of challenging the status quo, working as a team by helping each other, and putting aside ego
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills; independent, accountable, hardworking, and passionate about providing an incredible customer experience, with exceptional “soft” skills (e.g., an attitude that wins over customers and colleagues in tough situations while being mindful of and preserving business goals)

Career Path:
This is an entry-level role with significant opportunity for growth and advancement within the Building Integrations team at Ori. Operating at a high level of performance will lead to more responsibility in the VIF and building submittal process, and eventually to a more direct role in the strategic development of Ori's scalable design systems. Ori’s Building Integrations team enjoys a wide sphere of influence in Ori’s business model, connecting the dots through land acquisition, development strategy, design, construction, lease-up, sale, ROI and user experience, and interacts frequently with Ori’s business development, product, and deployment teams, among others. Our goal is not simply to positively impact an individual apartment building, but to be in the vanguard of innovation in the built environment and to deliver a better urban living experience through Ori Expandable Spaces.
