Qualifications:

Experience in building online and in person communities for hard-tech open source development with a global reach
Experience in developing communities for healthcare
Ability to motivate, organize, and respond to people different areas of expertise and build ways to include them
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
The job is in our San Francisco office and in person
Salary Range: $130,000 - $200,000
