About The Role
We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Administrator with a strong background in maintaining and troubleshooting NetSuite ERP Platform. The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of business concepts across Finance, Operations and Commercial organizations and be able to apply that knowledge to effectively administer the platform. The primary responsibility of the NetSuite Administrator will be to ensure the smooth operation of our NetSuite system, ensuring system stability & reliability, support business users, troubleshoot out-of-the-box issues, and drive continuous improvements through configuration, automation, and reporting
The NetSuite Administrator reports directly to the Director, Financial Business Systems.

About The Role
We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Administrator with a strong background in maintaining and troubleshooting NetSuite ERP Platform. What You Will Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for NetSuite administration (including user setup, roles, permissions), system configuration, and user support
- Maintain & update system functionality and customizations such as workflows, saved searches, forms, and scripts (SuiteFlow, SuiteScript as applicable) to meet evolving business needs
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to NetSuite, including out-of-the-box functionality, system integrations, and customizations
- Setup and maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and customizations
- Identify opportunities for system improvements, collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement system enhancements
- Develop and execute testing strategies to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within NetSuite
- Provide end-user training and support, assisting with troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Support third-party integrations to NetSuite (CRM, 3PL, Procurement, HRIS etc.) and troubleshoot & resolve any integration issues
- Stay up to date with the latest NetSuite features, releases, and best practices to ensure optimal system performance. Participate in system upgrades and ensure smooth transitions by performing thorough testing and validation
Who We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems (MIS / CIS), Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or other relevant fields of study
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator, preferably in a similar role
- Strong understanding of NetSuite modules such as Financials (General Ledger, AR, AP, and Fixed Assets), Order Management, Supply Chain, Inventory, and Reporting. Knowledge of multi-currency is a plus.
- Experience with system customization (SuiteFlow, SuiteScript 1.0, 2.0 as applicable)
- Experience with integrations using RESTlets, APIs, or middleware
- Prefer candidates with NetSuite Administrator Certification or other NetSuite certifications
- Strong technical proficiency in NetSuite administration, including customizations, workflows, and saved searches; proficiency in SuiteApprovals and SuiteScript a plus
- Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve system issues, both within the standard NetSuite functionality and with advanced troubleshooting methods
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically to diagnose and resolve complex system-related issues
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and system integrity
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, with the ability to apply accounting knowledge to NetSuite configurations and troubleshooting
- Working knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce) a plus
- Work is performed in a typical interior/office work environment
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Limited physical effort required
