Collaborate with eComm, marketing, and merchandising to understand campaign performance and ROIs
Analyze inventory investments, COGS, and product margins to support pricing and buying decisions
Work with operations and logistics to improve fulfillment and shipping cost visibility
Improve forecasting accuracy and data integrity across systems
Evaluate and implement FP&A tools or reporting enhancements
Build repeatable templates, models, and frameworks to support scale
WHAT YOU HAVE:
5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or business analysis (preferably in eCommerce, retail, or CPG)
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and financial modeling expertise
Experience with ERP systems, BI tools, or accounting platforms
Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills — you translate numbers into actionable insight
Strong attention to detail and an ownership-driven mindset
Excellent communication skills — you can distill financial info for cross-functional teams
