ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:
Jack Archer is redefining everyday menswear — timeless, elevated essentials engineered for comfort, performance, and style. We’re building a brand that men rely on every day and talk about with pride.
To fuel that growth, we’re looking for an eCommerce Content Manager who can turn our product stories into high-converting digital experiences. This role is equal parts creative and commercial. You’ll collaborate with design, growth, product, and creative teams to tell compelling stories, highlight product value, and continuously test what converts. If you know how to make a product page sing and how to turn a seasonal campaign into a sales-driving landing page, this role is for you.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Write and manage all on-site content including homepage updates, landing pages, collection descriptions, and promotional messaging
Own product detail page content: headlines, descriptions, features, fit guidance, and cross-sell modules
Ensure copy is consistently on-brand, conversion-oriented, and speaks to the Jack Archer customer
Collaborate with growth, creative, and merchandising teams to support product launches, sales, and seasonal campaigns
Develop content strategies that align with customer journeys and support A/B testing efforts
Analyze performance data to continuously optimize messaging, structure, and content hierarchy
Maintain and update the site CMS (Shopify Plus), ensuring timely rollout of assets and campaigns
Maintain a detailed content calendar aligned to marketing, product, and promotional plans
QC new content for functionality, responsiveness, and consistency across devices
Partner with planning and product teams to prioritize how and when products are featured
Implement cross-sells, bundling strategies, and navigation changes to increase AOV and LTV
Work with SEO and lifecycle marketing to optimize content across channels
WHAT YOU HAVE:
3–5+ years in eCommerce content, site merchandising, or digital marketing (preferably DTC apparel or lifestyle)
Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for storytelling and salesmanship
Experience working in Shopify Plus or similar CMS
Understanding of SEO best practices and web UX principles
Analytical mindset — you know what a great PDP looks like and how to test it
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, calendars, and deadlines
WHY YOU’LL LOVE IT HERE:
📈 Direct impact on the growth of one of the fastest-scaling men’s apparel brands
💰 Competitive salary, and meaningful equity (corporate roles only)
❤️ 100% medical, dental, vision coverage, access to One Medical, Headspace, Spring Health
🏝️ Flexible PTO with 12 holidays, competitive parental leave
💪 Wellness stipend of $1,200 annually paid on a monthly basis
🐣 Fertility reimbursement of $20,000 lifetime benefit from Carrot Fertility
🍕 Breakfast, lunch, and dinner stipend every day of the week from Uber Eats
