ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•
Receive post-closing documents; review post-closing packages for completeness and follow up with attorney partners on missing or outstanding items.
•
Monitor the policy email inbox for incoming documents, policy requests, and correction requests.
•
Prepare files for policy issuance by confirming vesting, legal description, recording information, premiums/fees, and required endorsements.
•
Generate and issue final title policies in accordance with company procedures and turnaround timelines.
•
Deliver final policies to appropriate parties and maintain accurate policy records and filE documentation.
•
Receipt and disburse wires received from attorney partners in accordance with internal controls and timelines.
•
Perform a monthly remittance discrepancy review prior to remitting to ensure accounts balance and reporting ties out.
•
Participate in learning and development activities to expand the knowledge base.
•
Support OSN Markets as applicable.
•
Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.

QUALIFICATIONS
•
Experience working in a high-touch customer service environment
•
Experience in the closing industry reviewing HUD’s and a variety of closing documents
•
Ability to Accommodate the hours of 9am-5pm, Monday through Friday
As a Policy Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing and preparing the file for policy. You will review
closing documents, generate policies, distribute the policies to the appropriate parties, and help to support
OSN markets as applicable.
