About the Team

The Supply Chain Responsibility team is responsible for ensuring that our global supply chain reflects our values of sustainability, ethical sourcing, and environmental stewardship. We partner across engineering, operations, procurement, legal, and compliance to embed responsible business practices into every stage of the product lifecycle.

About the Role
As an Environmental & Supply Chain Responsibility Manager, you will lead initiatives that reduce environmental impact, improve supply chain resilience, and ensure compliance with international standards. You’ll set strategy, develop tools and processes, and collaborate with suppliers, cross-functional teams, and external partners to advance responsible sourcing and environmental management across our supply base.

We’re looking for people who thrive at the intersection of sustainability, risk management, and operations, and who can translate complex regulatory, environmental, and social issues into practical business solutions.

This role is based in San Francisco, CA. We use a hybrid work model of 4 days in the office per week and offer relocation assistance to new employees.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and execute strategies to integrate environmental and sustainability best practices into supply chain operations.

  • Lead due diligence, risk assessments, and compliance programs related to responsible sourcing, environmental management, and human rights.

  • Partner with suppliers to drive improvements in areas such as energy use, emissions reduction, waste management, and water stewardship.

  • Manage reporting and disclosure requirements related to environmental impact, sustainability performance, and regulatory compliance.

  • Build and maintain partnerships with industry groups, NGOs, and government stakeholders to align on best practices and advance collective impact.

  • Support cross-functional teams in developing standards, training, and tools that enable responsible decision-making across the business.

You might thrive in this role if you:

  • Bring deep knowledge of environmental management, supply chain sustainability, or corporate responsibility.

  • Have experience designing and implementing due diligence or risk management frameworks across global supply chains.

  • Excel at program management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Are comfortable navigating complex regulatory, social, and environmental landscapes.

  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, both internally and externally.

  • Are motivated to drive positive impact through systems-level change.
