What we’re looking for
We’re hiring a Founding Go-to-Market generalist to help us build our US business from the ground up. This is a rare, high-ownership role for someone who wants to build a commercial engine from zero, operate like a founder, and accelerate into a revenue-owning leadership role within 12 months.
At Omnea, every role has direct impact — you're either building our product or directly driving the growth of the business. This is not a pure strategy role — it’s a commercial builder role where you’ll directly drive revenue and shape the US business. You don’t need a B2B SaaS background, but you do need to be commercially sharp, relentlessly curious, and excited to operate like a founder.
You’ll be joining at a critical point. We’ve just raised $50M Series B from world-class investors (Khosla Ventures, Insight Partners, Accel). In the last 18 months, we’ve 10x revenue, tripled our customer base with companies like Spotify, Wise, Sana and Cohere. We’re now the 4th fastest growing startup in Europe.
We believe in talent density. We’ve done over 10,000 interviews to hire our first 50 Omneans. You’ll be working with operators from places like McKinsey, JPMorgan, Meta, YC and high-growth startups. You'll work with people like Leon, Ben, and Simon.
What you can expect
This role gives you direct exposure to every part of building a US GTM motion from scratch.
Own the top of funnel for US growth — identify strategic accounts, run multi-channel outbound, qualify opportunities, and shape our US GTM narrative.
Break into new markets — identify and prioritize companies to go after and run targeted experiments to open new geographies and industry segments for Omnea. Figure out how to win against our closest competitors.
Support high-leverage commercial work with the CCO and Commercial Leads — RFPs, proposals, pipeline management, closing support, and early involvement in GTM strategy.
Run commercial events — coordinate and host dinners, roundtables, and CFO leadership series to deepen relationships with senior buyers and accelerate deal cycles.
Earn like an owner — bonus tied to company revenue and your individual pipeline impact.
Accelerate quickly — step into an enterprise deal-making role in 12-15 months, with a fast track to sales leadership or the option to pivot into adjacent commercial paths (e.g. RevOps, BizOps, Product Marketing).
About you
1-4 years experience in an elite environment, whether that’s banking, consulting, startups, VC, or something else. We’re looking for evidence that you’re a top performer in whatever environment you land in. No prior sales experience is required.
You want to drive revenue growth and have faster career progression. You aspire to own revenue targets, lead teams, expand to new markets and build your own company in the future.
You love to win, are hungry for a challenge, and willing to roll up your sleeves. You’re not afraid of doing the grunt work and are a team player. Major plus if you’ve done competitive sports.
You thrive in ambiguity, move fast, and don’t need permission to make things happen.
You’re commercially savvy and can break down complex problems through first principles thinking.
You’re charismatic and want to master relationship-building in client-facing roles. You communicate with clarity and build trust quickly. We can put you in front of a CFO and you’ll impress them.
Comp for this role is $120 - 140k OTE plus notable equity depending on experience.
Please note: you'll spend 3 to 6 weeks in your first few months onboarding with us in London, UK. We will arrange flights & accommodation during this time.
