About the Role
We’re seeking an Associate Solutions Engineer to help customers securely connect people to technology. In this role, you’ll support the sales process by demonstrating how modern identity solutions can solve real business challenges across authentication, authorization, and user management.
You’ll work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering to deliver technical expertise throughout the customer journey—from discovery to proof-of-concept—while building a strong foundation in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
What You’ll Do
- Partner with Account Executives to support technical discovery, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts
- Demonstrate identity solutions including Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and lifecycle management
- Build and customize demo applications and integrations using JavaScript and Python
- Help customers evaluate and implement identity solutions, including integrations with APIs and third-party services
- Translate complex identity and security concepts into clear, business-focused messaging
- Support RFPs/RFIs and respond to technical questions during the sales cycle
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to relay customer feedback and improve offerings
What You Bring
- 2–3 years of professional experience in a technical, customer-facing, or pre-sales role
- Hands-on development experience with JavaScript and/or Python
- Experience working directly with customers (e.g., technical support, implementation, consulting, or sales engineering)
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical topics to diverse audiences
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with identity platforms such as Okta or Auth0
- Understanding of identity standards and protocols (e.g., OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML)
- Basic knowledge of cybersecurity principles, particularly around authentication and access control
- Experience working with REST APIs, webhooks, and system integrations
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Why Join Us
- Build expertise in one of the fastest-growing areas of cybersecurity: Identity & Access Management
- Gain hands-on experience with industry-leading platforms and real-world customer use cases
- Clear growth path into a Solutions Engineer or Senior Solutions Engineer role
- Collaborative, customer-focused team environment
