Join our team! We’re building a world where Identity belongs to you.

The Auth0 Demand Generation Team

A high impact, matrixed team of demand generation experts dedicated to the Auth0 business unit. The team sits at the intersection of our global "Centres of Excellence" and the local expertise of our regional marketing organisations.

We are a collaborative, data driven group that prioritises technical credibility and developer first strategies. Our role is to bridge the gap between global vision and regional execution, acting as the strategic partner to International Sales leaders to drive pipeline velocity and scale our enterprise identity presence across the globe.

The Senior Manager, International Regional Marketing Opportunity

Okta is looking for a strategic, high energy Senior Manager, Regional Marketing to lead the demand generation strategy for the Auth0 business unit across EMEA and APJ.

As the primary bridge between the Auth0 Global Demand team and the Regional Field Marketing organisations, you will own and be accountable for Auth0’s international pipeline engine. This is not a traditional execution only field role; it is a senior orchestration role where you will influence regional budgets, oversee the localisation of global strategies, and ensure our developer led, enterprise grade identity solutions resonate across diverse international markets.

What you’ll be doing

Regional Strategy & Orchestration

  • Act as the dedicated International partner to the Senior Director of Global Demand, translating global Auth0 campaigns into high impact regional execution plans for EMEA and APJ
  • Partner deeply with the EMEA and APJ Field Marketing leaders. You will not "own" the field teams, but you will direct their Auth0 specific efforts, providing them with the strategy, campaign kits, and technical air cover needed to succeed
  • Lead the quarterly and annual demand planning process for Auth0 across International regions, ensuring marketing investment is aligned with sales capacity and regional revenue goals

Integrated Demand Generation

  • Monitor the handoff between marketing generated interest and xDR (Sales Development) follow up. Partner with international xDR leadership to ensure Auth0 leads are prioritised and handled with the necessary technical nuance
  • Identify unique market opportunities in specific territories (e.g., DACH, UKI, ASEAN, ANZ) and work with the Global Centres of Excellence (Web, Paid Media, Global Campaigns) to build bespoke programs
  • Utilise ABX account and product signals to help regional teams identify high intent accounts. Orchestrate multi channel "Always On" programs that move accounts from developer discovery to executive-level evaluation

Funnel Forensics & Reporting

  • Own the "Auth0 Story" for International performance. You will track and analyse the health of the EMEA and APJ funnels, identifying gaps in coverage and over-performing channels
  • Serve as the "Voice of the Region" back to Global Product Marketing and Global Campaigns. Use data to influence the global roadmap, ensuring assets are culturally relevant and technically accurate for international buyers

Sales & Partner Alignment

  • Build strong relationships with the International Heads of Sales for Auth0. Act as their primary marketing consultant to troubleshoot pipeline velocity issues
  • Partner with the Regional Partner Marketing teams to ensure Auth0 is integrated into the "co-sell" motion with key international SI and technology partners

What you’ll bring to the role

  • 8+ years of B2B demand generation or field marketing experience, with a significant portion dedicated to the EMEA and/or APJ markets
  • Proven ability to influence and drive results through "dotted line" relationships. You know how to get things done in a large, complex organisation without direct authority over every resource
  • Experience in Cybersecurity, Identity, or Developer Tools is highly preferred. You must be comfortable discussing "Developer Led Growth" while pivoting to "CISO Value" in the same breath
  • Expert level command of the marketing tech stack (Salesforce, Tableau, 6sense, Marketo). You don’t just report data; you provide actionable insights
  • Deep understanding of the cultural and linguistic nuances of marketing across EMEA and APJ markets
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
