If you are a problem solver who wants to make this login experience even better, then look no further - Okta Auth0 B2C Authentication domain is where you want to be. Our domain’s mission is to provide a simple, secure, standards-compliant and delightful authentication experience for both end users and developers. We work with NodeJS, React, golang, Swift, Java / Kotlin, Postgres/MongoDB databases and our services run on both AWS and Azure. Our tech stack continues to evolve and expand to new technologies and trends. We are proponents of using the right tools for the job.

We are looking for an engineer who leverages AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Google Gemini, Claude) to accelerate the software development lifecycle without compromising security. You should be proficient in using LLMs for rapid prototyping, boilerplate generation, and complex refactoring, effectively cutting down development time. Crucially, you must possess the judgment to audit, debug, and secure AI-generated code, ensuring it meets our strict authentication standards. You will use AI not just to write code, but to generate comprehensive unit tests, document systems, and simulate edge-case scenarios in our auth flows.

As a member of the Native Apps team you will:

  • Be a part of fast paced, agile team comprising of engineers, a product manager and designer.

  • Be a technical steward who views our codebase as their own product.

  • Act as a technical subject matter expert for the iOS platform, mentoring fellow engineers and leading technical discussions.

  • You don’t wait for a perfect set of instructions; you proactively figure out what is needed to make a project successful.

  • Help our customers have an awesome experience with our products.

  • Collaborate with the support team for customer questions.

  • Participate on our on-call rotations for troubleshooting production issues.

  • Mentor other engineers.

  • Lead refinement and sprint planning.

  • Improve the team’s productivity.

You are a good fit for this role if you:

  • Have 8+ years of professional iOS development experience.

  • Have excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Have experience building public or internal mobile APIs/SDKs and working with Swift and Objective-C.

  • Have experience with UIKit, SwiftUI, programmatic Auto Layout, and iOS design patterns (MVVM, reactive programming).

  • Have experience with Unit/UI/integration/performance testing on iOS (Quick, Nimble, XCTest, XCUITest, etc.).

  • Have experience with Realm database or similar mobile NoSQL solutions.

  • Are an end-to-end owner who has scaled mobile applications or SDKs.

  • Have experience with mobile CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions).

  • Won't just 'perform' tasks; you will be responsible for the technical integrity, architectural evolution, and long-term scalability of our core product.

  • Are autonomous and have a continuous improvement mindset.

  • Pay attention to details and keep user experience a top priority.

  • Enjoy being part of a highly collaborative, remote friendly environment.

Bonus points if you:

  • Have 1+ years of experience in identity and access management (IAM) domain, particularly with Auth0 Guardian SDK or similar MFA/authentication solutions.

  • Have experience with iOS security best practices, including cryptography (RSA, CommonCrypto), biometric authentication (Face ID/Touch ID), iOS Keychain, Authentication Service framework, and secure data storage.

  • Have experience with reactive programming frameworks (ReactiveSwift, Combine) and migrating legacy architectures to MVVM patterns.

  • Have experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Fastlane, Swift Package Manager, Snyk, or Terraform).
