This person will manage senior in-region engineering leaders, including the Director overseeing Developer Integrations, while empowering them to lead their functional domains independently.
What you’ll be doing
Leadership & Culture
- Serve as the executive engineering presence for Auth0 India, fostering a culture of excellence, trust, inclusion, and innovation.

- Partner closely with global engineering, Product Management, Security, Design, Program Management, and other cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive strategy, prioritization, and execution.
- Remove roadblocks, harmonize communication channels, and ensure India engineering teams are fully integrated into global delivery workflows.
- Represent regional considerations in global planning, staffing, architectural decisions, and strategic investments.
Talent Leadership & Development
- Lead the development of engineering talent in India by coaching managers, providing structured growth pathways, driving succession planning, and elevating technical leadership capabilities.
- Maintain a high bar for hiring, partnering with Talent Acquisition to attract and retain world-class engineering talent.
- Shape the onboarding, mentoring, and professional development programs that support a thriving engineering community.
Escalation & Organizational Stewardship
- Act as the senior escalation point for engineering issues originating in or impacting Auth0 India.
