Role
As the leader of the Partner Program & Strategy team, you will report to the SVP of Global Partners & Alliances and serve as the strategic thought partner to the Partner Sales leadership. Your core responsibility is to build and manage the team that creates the long-term vision and operational engine for our global partner ecosystem. This high-impact role requires you to lead your team in translating ambitious partner growth goals into a clear, actionable strategy, blending strategic foresight with hands-on operational execution.
Results
- Lead a High-Performing Team: Recruit, manage, and develop a team of strategy and operations professionals, fostering their growth while driving exceptional results and accountability.
- Develop and Execute Global Partner Strategy: Guide your team to design and implement the short- and long-term partner sales strategy, defining ideal partner profiles and market coverage models to achieve pipeline and revenue targets.
- Build a Scalable Operational Engine: Oversee the creation and refinement of the operational cadence for the partner program. Direct your team’s partnership with internal systems groups to design and optimize the CRM, partner portal, and other key tools to eliminate bottlenecks and improve efficiency.
- Design a World-Class Partner Program: Take full ownership of the design and evolution of our global partner program. This includes leading the strategic development of incentive and compensation plans to drive desired partner behaviors and maximize contributions.
- Deliver an Optimized Partner Experience: Champion the end-to-end partner journey, from onboarding to off-boarding. Establish robust Voice-of-the-Partner (VoP) feedback systems to gather insights that drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in partner programs, channel strategy, business development, or ecosystem strategy within a B2B enterprise SaaS environment.
- 7+ years of experience in a leadership role with a proven track record of building, managing, and developing high-performing teams.
- Demonstrated success in designing and executing global go-to-market programs that leverage partnerships to drive significant revenue growth and market expansion.
- Deep understanding of diverse partner ecosystems, including Global and Regional System Integrators (SIs), Value-Added Resellers (VARs), Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), and Managed Service Providers (MSPs).
- Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to use data-driven insights to inform program design, optimization, and investment.
- Extensive experience with partner relationship management (PRM) systems, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), and other partner-facing technologies.
- Exceptional executive presence and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence and build consensus with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is highly preferred.
Relationships
- Your Team: You will lead, mentor, and grow the Partner Program & Strategy team, setting clear goals and supporting their professional development as a second-line leader.
- Executive Leadership: You will report directly to the SVP of Global Partners & Alliances and serve as a key strategic advisor to the entire Partner Sales leadership team.
- Internal Stakeholders: You will build strong, collaborative relationships with Systems, Sales, and other cross-functional field teams to ensure seamless execution and a unified partner experience.
- External Partners: You will engage with the broader partner ecosystem to gather insights and ensure the program remains competitive and valuable, acting as a key point of contact for strategic partners.

Below is the annual base salary range for candidates located in San Francisco Bay Area. Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
