We believe that delivering enablement that accounts for local nuance makes training the most powerful. At Okta, the Global Sales Enablement Team plays a mission-critical role in accelerating new hire ramp time and providing ongoing enablement support for the region, equipping sellers with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to perform at their best in a highly technical environment.
Our approach to sales enablement is a holistic experience that includes self-guided learning, virtual instructor-led trainings, certifications, and immersive experiences.
The Manager, APJ Sales Onboarding and Enablement Delivery, will spearhead localizing sales enablement programs (i.e., Onboarding, strategic initiatives, etc.) to the APJ audience, building on our curriculum that supports both the Okta and Auth0 businesses. While this person will primarily support our world-class onboarding program (~70%), they will also be called upon to deliver engaging sales enablement training outside of onboarding.
