Are you a visionary leader ready to define the distribution landscape for a leading Cyber Security vendor?

Okta is at a critical inflection point, undergoing a significant transformation focused on scaling through our partners. This is not just a leadership role—it's a foundational position with high visibility, directly supported by our SVP and CRO, where you will be a big part of the future of our EMEA go-to-market strategy.

As a Director, Distribution EMEA you will…

  • Lead and grow a talented team of two with a view to expand and build out the team's capabilities across EMEA.
  • Strategically manage current distributors while mapping out, recruiting and onboarding new distribution partners in key growth regions.
  • Create and own a distribution strategy that provides both immediate revenue impact and a clear, long-term roadmap for exponential scale.
  • Become the expert enabler for our partners, deeply understanding and championing both the Okta Platform and Auth0 Platform.
  • Leverage the Go-To-Market organisation to ensure integrated execution and drive partner-sourced revenue as a unified team.
  • Be directly accountable for set targets with a dedicated focus on accelerating partner-sourced revenue.

We are looking for:

  • Prior experience owning and scaling the distribution strategy for EMEA (or a significant region) on behalf of a SaaS vendor.
  • Proven experience in people management, with a clear focus on developing and mentoring high-performing talent.
  • A strong, seasoned track record of exceeding channel sales revenue targets and driving substantial partner-sourced and influenced sales.
  • A strong data-based approach to leadership, coaching, and strategic decision-making.
  • Strong motivation, resilience, and proven experience in managing strategic organizational change and transformation.
  • The ability to clearly formulate a compelling partnership vision, strategy, and concrete execution plan.
  • Comfortable with necessary weekly travel to partners
