Okta seeks a skilled Senior NetSuite procure-to-pay Analyst to optimize and support our end-to-end Procure-to-Pay lifecycle across NetSuite ( Procurement, Payments) and Coupa (Procurement) . As part of our Business Technology team, you will be the functional expert responsible for ensuring seamless integration, efficient AP processes, and data integrity as transactions flow from requisition through payment. This role will report to the Manager in Bangalore, India.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Oracle NetSuite Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, including Procurement, Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Invoice Management, Purchase Orders, and Vendor Management.
- Involved in discovery sessions with global Finance, Accounting, procurement, and AP teams to gather, document, and analyze complex P2P business requirements, translating them into system configuration and functional specifications.
- Design, configure, and maintain NetSuite/Coupa core functionalities, including advanced approval chains, complex invoicing workflows, Expense Management modules, Supplier onboarding, and Supplier Information Management (NetSuite/Coupa).
- Configure NetSuite financial modules relevant to P2P, including Vendor Records, Vendor Bills, Payment Management, and ensure proper General Ledger (GL) mapping and segregation of duties (SOD) compliance.
- Integration Integrity: Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve complex data flow errors between Coupa (source) and NetSuite (target ERP) integration points, often serving as the escalation point for L2/L3 support issues spanning both systems.
- Leverage NetSuite AI (or Similar AI ) capabilities to automate invoice processing, anomaly detection, and spend categorization, driving efficiency, accuracy, and intelligent insights across the P2P lifecycle.
- Experienced in SOC reporting and financial audits of Finance Systems to ensure compliance, data integrity, and control effectiveness
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of dedicated experience as a P2P Analyst, Coupa Administrator, or NetSuite Systems Consultant supporting the AP function.
- Expert knowledge of the full P2P lifecycle, including requisitioning, purchase orders, goods receipt, invoice matching and payment processing.
- Hands-on experience with Coupa Procurement, Invoicing, Expense Management, and Supplier Information Management (SIM).
- Strong functional understanding of NetSuite's Accounts Payable, Vendor Bill, and General Ledger modules.
- Proven ability to manage, test, and troubleshoot data flow and integration between Coupa and NetSuite (understanding of common integration methods like Flat Files, SuiteTalk, and APIs is required).
- Proficiency with NetSuite's non-code customization tools (SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder) and Coupa's configuration tools (workflows, approval chains).
- Hands-on exposure to NetSuite’s AI-powered features ( or similar) such as Predictive Account Reconciliation, Transaction Categorization, and Intelligent Cash Forecasting, leveraging embedded analytics to enhance financial accuracy and reduce manual intervention.
- Experience using NetSuite’s SuiteAnalytics and AI-driven Insights to identify spend trends, automate approval recommendations, and improve financial decision-making
- Experience with other major ERP systems (e.g., Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications or SAP S/4HANA) is a significant advantage.
Education and Certifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or equivalent years of industry experience.
- Coupa Certification (e.g., Coupa Administrator, P2P Specialist) and/or NetSuite ERP Consultant Certification are significant advantages.
