This role is critical to enabling our SDR Managers with tactical programs, actionable insights, and operational support to improve pipeline generation efficiency and performance. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of SDR workflows, is comfortable working with Salesforce and Outreach data, and knows how to translate gaps into solutions that drive results—not just presentations. We’re looking for someone who can roll up their sleeves, find opportunities, create solutions, and ensure they’re executed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Tactical Programs to Impact PipeGen
- Identify performance gaps through data analysis and work cross-functionally to design and implement practical, scalable programs to improve SDR pipeline generation.
- Operational Program Execution
- Define clear timelines, deliverables, and metrics of success for initiatives that support the SDR motion, such as conversion improvement, outbound quality, or funnel velocity.
- Enable SDR Managers with Insights
- Build SFDC dashboards/reports, analyze pipeline performance, and turn data into clear guidance and next steps for SDR Managers to take action.
- Own Program Lifecycles
- From ideation to rollout to post-mortem, own small-to-medium programs end-to-end and ensure execution lands across the team with impact.
- Quarterly Planning & Review
- Support SDR leadership in quarterly planning with data inputs, program retrospectives, and proposal of new initiatives based on learnings.
- Support Tools & Process Optimization
- Identify friction points in current SDR tools (e.g., Outreach, SFDC), workflows, or lead routing logic, and work with Marketing / Ops teams to implement improvements.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally
- Partner with Sales Ops, Marketing, Enablement to align programs with broader GTM priorities and ensure smooth execution.
- Measure and Track Program Impact
- Ensure initiatives are tracked with clear KPIs and that program impact is tied back to pipeline contribution or SDR productivity metrics.
- Business Visibility & Cross-Functional Alignment
- Own and publish a monthly APJ Sales Development Newsletter to provide visibility into key wins (pipeline velocity and closed bookings), pipeline contributions, and best practices to cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Marketing).
Experience & Skills:
- 3–5 years experience in Sales Development Operations, RevOps, Program Management, or related roles.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) and working knowledge of Outreach, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Skilled in creating dashboards and reports to drive decisions and guide frontline managers.
- Excellent project management skills—able to juggle multiple initiatives with precision and follow-through.
- Demonstrated ability to turn data into insights, and insights into simple, executable action plans.
- Experience working directly with SDR teams and understanding their day-to-day motion.
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience collaborating across Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments with evolving priorities.
