Join our team! We’re building a world where Identity belongs to you.

Auth0, an Okta company, is the leading customer identity platform for developers. Our mission is to secure the world’s identities so innovators can innovate. As AI reshapes how applications are built and used, identity and security are becoming critical to enabling safe and trusted agentic experiences.

We’re seeking an experienced and visionary product leader to serve as Director of Product Management for Auth0’s AI portfolio, focused on Auth0 for AI Agents. You will define and execute a strategy that builds on Auth0’s momentum in identity and security for AI agents, helping developers and organizations from fast-growing AI-native startups to large enterprises deliver secure and scalable agentic applications with confidence.

What you'll do:

  • Define and Own the AI Product and Partnership Strategy: Develop and execute the strategy for Auth0’s AI portfolio, with a focus on Auth0 for AI Agents. Identify high-impact opportunities and ecosystem partnerships that expand reach, accelerate adoption, and deliver differentiated value to developers and enterprises.
  • Be a Founder and a Scaler: Bring a "0-to-1" entrepreneurial mindset to define, experiment, and launch new products, combined with the experience to scale them into mature, widely adopted solutions. Balance agility and innovation with the structure and discipline required for long-term success.
  • Lead and Grow the PM Team: Mentor and manage a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and customer focus. Provide direction, coaching, and career development to scale impact across the portfolio.
  • Engage with Customers and the Developer Community: Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and developers to uncover needs, validate solutions, and ensure Auth0 for AI Agents delivers meaningful value in real-world use cases.
  • Drive Product Delivery and Differentiation: Partner with engineering, design, and external collaborators to deliver secure, scalable, and developer-friendly solutions that address the unique challenges of agentic applications.
  • Champion Ecosystem Standards and Leadership: Shape and influence emerging standards in identity and AI, including agent-to-agent (A2A) communication and Model Context Protocol (MCP). Represent Auth0 as a thought leader with industry groups and the developer community.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Execution: Collaborate with GTM teams (Product Marketing, Sales, Developer Marketing, and Developer Relations) to ensure successful launches, enablement, and measurable adoption of Auth0’s AI offerings.

What you'll bring:

  • 10+ years of product management experience, including at least 2+ years in a Director-level or equivalent leadership role, with a significant focus on B2B SaaS and developer-facing products.
  • Deep technical acumen and hands-on developer credibility: Strong understanding of identity protocols (OAuth, OIDC, SAML), APIs, AI frameworks, and the emerging agent ecosystem. Ability to write code and work directly with APIs, SDKs, and sample applications to prototype and validate developer workflows.
  • Proven “0-to-1” and scaling experience: Demonstrated success in building and launching new products, programs, or business lines from scratch, and scaling them into durable, widely adopted solutions. Startup founder or early-stage employee experience is a significant plus.
  • Exceptional product instincts: Ability to deeply understand developer needs and translate them into compelling, integrated product experiences.
  • Growth Mindset: A dual-threat leader who is as comfortable diving into technical details as they are in developing and executing a go-to-market growth strategy.
  • Leadership and Influence: The ability to lead through influence in a highly matrixed organization, working effectively with product, engineering, marketing, and sales leaders.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: The ability to articulate a complex strategy and vision to diverse audiences, from C-level executives to developers.

Passion for AI and identity: A genuine enthusiasm for the potential of AI and a deep, demonstrable interest in the future of identity and security.
