With an exceptional team dedicated to pushing boundaries and achieving remarkable results, we are seeking a talented Product Operations Manager to join our team and contribute to our product and site at Okta.

What you’ll be doing:

As a Product Operations Manager at Spera, now part of Okta, you will play a critical role in building our site and culture. Your expertise and contributions will directly impact the success and effectiveness of our product. Specifically, your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and resolving roadblocks to accelerate product development and delivery.
  • Collaborating with product, R&D, and DevOps teams to improve product delivery and planning.
  • Defining and tracking key business metrics; reporting and aligning the extended company with progress and accomplishments.
  • Supporting external functions like Sales Operations, Marketing, and Finance.
  • Leading Israeli-site culture initiatives, such as employee feedback surveys, hackathons, and other innovative ideas you may have.

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Chief of Staff, Product Operations, or Technical Project Management positions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities with cross-functional and international stakeholders.
  • A proven track record of successfully delivering Enterprise SaaS applications.
  • Experience with Jira or other project management tools.
  • Can-do-all mentality - excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.

You'll get extra credit if you have experience in the following:

  • Working in a corporate environment.
  • Working in a cybersecurity or IT company.
