At Okta, we celebrate a variety of perspectives and experiences. We are not looking for someone who checks every single box - we’re looking for lifelong learners and people who can make us better with their unique experiences.
Join our team! We’re building a world where Identity belongs to you.
Companies all over the world and across every industry trust Okta for elegant and secure identity management. We are looking for a driven, curious, and empathetic product manager to join the core strategic program pushing the envelope of Okta’s market footprint by growing our ISV ecosystem. As a Group Product Manager for Okta Integration Platform, this individual contributor will be responsible for evolving the Actions Platform for both internal, customer, and external ISV developers across the entirety of the API integration journey with Okta. If you have a passion for custom/partner collaboration, ecosystems, and a belief that well built APIs are core to an enterprise software company’s expansion, we are looking for you!

- Lead the development of roadmaps that make hard tradeoffs and prioritize the highest value work first
- Build compelling hypotheses and find ways to validate assumptions at low cost
- Collaborate with global cross-functional teams, including engineering, ISV program, tech partnerships, and marketing, to ensure the successful launch and adoption of the Actions Platform.
- Work with North America-based development core teams to deliver cohesive, low code, integration experience, as well as separate builder teams.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify customer and partner needs, and use this information to inform innovation, product decisions and prioritization.
- Define and communicate product requirements, including features, user experience, and technical specifications, to engineering teams.
- Leverage product data to continually get smarter about how to improve our existing products, and work across the business to drive adoption and success
- Track industry trends and think strategically to develop solutions that are differentiated from the competition
- Be the subject matter expert for your product area and help enable your counterparts in the internal teams, ISV Program, Marketing, and tech partnerships teams.
Required:
- 5-8+ years of Product Management experience in enterprise scale SaaS products or comparable relevant experience.
- Experience building or product managing the user experience of a partner builder tool for a core enterprise API platform.
- Strong communication (presentation, verbal and written) and collaboration skills. You easily work with customers and colleagues across different functions and backgrounds.
- Demonstrated business results from products, features or capabilities you have shipped.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. You can produce solid action plans from often incomplete, conflicting or ambiguous inputs.
- Passion for Okta’s huge opportunity and growth potential, and general thirst for learning with an ability to go broad and deep across business and technical contexts.
Preferred:
- Experience with low code builders for APIs and automation
- Experience with creating requirements for ISV developer tooling, API footprint, partnerships, and/or adoption growth
- Experience with ISV marketplaces and/or ecosystems, self-service, and administration experiences to organically scale an ecosystem.
- Experience across the product management lifecycle for enterprise products or services, partner considerations surfaced in the user experience in particular
- Familiarity with Identity and Access management protocols and products
- BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent experience that allows you to rationalize and influence technical design decisions.
