Get to know Okta

Okta is The World’s Identity Company. We free everyone to safely use any technology—anywhere, on any device or app. Our Workforce and Customer Identity Clouds enable secure yet flexible access, authentication, and automation that transforms how people move through the digital world, putting Identity at the heart of business security and growth.

At Okta, we celebrate a variety of perspectives and experiences. We are not looking for someone who checks every single box - we’re looking for lifelong learners and people who can make us better with their unique experiences.

Join our team! We’re building a world where Identity belongs to you.

Okta is seeking an experienced Digital Product Analyst with a deep understanding of the Adobe Experience Platform to join our growing team. In this Product Analyst role, you’ll be fully part of the Enterprise Product Digital team; spearheading the advancement of the integrations, and extensions built on the platform. You'll collaborate cross-functionally, breathing life into every aspect of this project. Your role will entail working with a dedicated team of engineers, and business analysts to ensure a seamless integration across Okta’s digital ecosystem. Managing timelines and project workflows through different systems will be second nature to you. Documenting decisions, including all considerations, recommendations, and stakeholder approval/objections will be key as you orchestrate the project's progress.

Your ability to navigate across various divisions is crucial, ensuring access to the right information at the right time. Drawing from your extensive digital marketing landscape knowledge, you'll guide the team through the analysis, implementation, and deployment phases, ensuring alignment with user expectations and company objectives. While deep technical understanding is essential for success in this role, you'll primarily focus on driving product strategy and facilitating effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, bridging the gap between the project’s vision and implementation.

  • Facilitate release planning with stakeholders as well as sprint demos.
  • Prioritize resources and features, set sprint objectives, and maintain a list of features to increase market share and adoption within the target market.

  • Work with support teams to resolve customer issues including triaging and prioritizing bugs and customer-reported issues
  • Work with Product Owners and Project Managers with a roadmap and sprint planning activities.
  • Cultivate highly effective relationships with internal business partners.

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years experience as a digital product manager, product owner, business analyst, or similar role.
  • Experience in Adobe Experience Platform (required)
  • Understanding or experience in using productized APIs, SaaS, SOA, Cloud Services, and Content Management Systems
