Job Title: Senior Revenue Operations Specialist (SS)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Process standard and non-standard bookings in compliance with company booking policies.
  • Provide Tier 2 case support for inquiries from sales and deal desk
  • Assist the team in managing queries and concerns, fostering a supportive environment
  • Serve as the first point of escalation for Partner Inbox and Tier 1 case booking issues, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
  • Participate in troubleshooting discussions with cross-functional teams including Sales, Deal Desk, and other GTM teams.
  • Prepare reconciliations as required to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in Revenue Operations processes to provide support and guidance to the team.
  • Assist in maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base to support the team’s operational needs.
  • Take on additional responsibilities and manage projects as needed to support business requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or accounting, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations, preferably with a high-growth SaaS company or software industry
  • Understanding of the sales cycle and basic knowledge of software revenue recognition principles.
  • Experience with Salesforce, CPQ, and Netsuite or other ERP system
  • Ability to work independently and move fast, adapt, and thrive in a dynamic and fast changing environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience collaborating successfully with diverse cross- functional teams
  • Team player attitude to assist with quarter end close activities when it’s “all hands on deck”
