The Senior Product Manager Opportunity

Okta CIC, powered by Auth0, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic SDK and Customer Developer Tooling team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of shaping our authentication and management SDKs, along with our growing portfolio of developer tools like the Auth0 CLI and Terraform provider that enhance our platform's usability and appeal. This position offers a unique chance to influence the direction of CIC’s innovative identity solutions and developer experience, working closely with a talented team dedicated to excellence in customer identity management.

What you will be doing...

Develop and implement comprehensive product strategies for SDKs and developer tools that align with Okta’s business objectives and the broader market.
Collaborate with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to ensure successful launches and adoption of our products.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs, informing product innovation and decision-making.
Clearly communicate product requirements and specifications to the engineering team.
Define key success metrics for developer and customer engagement with our products. Work closely with data engineering teams to ensure accurate and relevant KPI tracking.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in digital identity and access management.

What you will bring to the role...

Minimum 5 years of Product Management experience, specifically in Platform Development and/or Developer Tools like SDKs, APIs, and CLIs.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field; or equivalent practical experience.
Proven experience independently leading and delivering on key product capabilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience in B2B SaaS environments, including product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Passion for the potential and growth opportunities in the identity and access management sector.

Extra credit if you have any of the following...

Experience with Enterprise SaaS customers.
Knowledge of Identity and Access Management products.
Coding experience in various languages and frameworks.
