Workforce Identity Cloud

Okta Workforce Identity Cloud (WIC) provides easy, secure access for your workforce so you can focus on other strategic priorities—like reducing costs, and doing more for your customers.

What you’ll be doing:

Okta recently introduced Okta Identity Governance and Okta Privileged Access, new products in the Okta Identity Cloud that deliver a unified identity and access management that works without the complexity and overhead experienced with traditional solutions. Building deep integrations with top application vendors for governance and privileged access use cases is critical for the overall success of these new product offerings.

We are looking for a strong product manager who can define the future strategy and roadmap of how Okta should build integrations with top ISVs and deliver an out-of-the-box experience for customers using Okta Identity Governance and Okta Privileged Access. The ideal candidate for this role (You!) will be someone who is familiar with what it takes to build and maintain integrations with a select list of top SaaS applications and evangelize these integrations to customers and internal stakeholders. In this role, you will partner closely with engineering, design, marketing, and other product teams to lead the product roadmap and execution for building these mission-critical integrations that are critical for the success of these new product initiatives.

1 - Driving the future roadmap for integrations: You understand the need of customers who leverage Okta’s new Identity Management product offerings and are able to effectively prioritize and build the right integrations that are needed to make the business successful.

2 - Understanding key customer requirements and integration use cases across Okta. For any SaaS Application, like Amazon Web Services, you can understand the different levels of integrations that are needed to make multiple products, including Lifecycle Management, Identity Governance, and Privileged Access, successful.

3 – Executing a highly technical product roadmap. You collaborate with engineering and design to ship features that require a deep understanding of the customer’s technical complexities. You can develop creative short-term and long-term solutions to address customer issues and collaborate with other teams across Okta to achieve the same.

4 – Evangelising our Okta platform and integrations. You should be an internal and external evangelist for Okta's integration and advocate for why Okta’s Identity Management product offerings are the best choice for a customer to drive the right security, productivity and compliance outcomes.

5 - Competitive Understanding

Work with technical marketing and sales to deeply understand the Microsoft landscape.
Keep your finger on the pulse of market changes and understand where trends are heading.

What you’ll bring to the role:

Required:

Bachelor’s degree
3+ years of product management or related experience
Experience across the product management lifecycle for enterprise products or services
Excellent communication skills (presentation, verbal, and written)
Strong leadership skills and presence
Track record of successful delivery of company-critical projects

Preferred:

Prior experience building integration products with other SaaS applications, a huge plus
Prior experience working and understanding IAM models of top SaaS applications, like Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform is a plus.
