Your Role
  • Build, manage, coach and drive a team of high-caliber inside sales professionals focused on New Logo Business (Hunters) and expansion
  • Set expectations, provide clarity and KPIs for the Inside Sales team to achieve
  • Work closely with Nutanix Field Sales to design a “Divide & Conquer” new logo sales account approach
  • Meet and exceed bookings targets for the identified market segment
  • Motivate, coach and manage Inside Sales professionals to build pipeline and close revenue through Nutanix Channel & OEM Partners
  • Work with Nutanix marketing to design and implement campaigns focused at various target accounts
  • Provide accurate weekly forecasts and track sales activity leveraging SFDC
  • Join Customer Calls with the Inside Sales team to coach and assist in closing bookings
What You Will Bring
  • 5+ years sales experience and 3+ years management experience
  • Experience in enterprise sales required, Storage/Networking/Virtualization/Cloud or Infrastructure industries strongly preferred
  • Proven consistent achievement of goals through the leadership and motivation of an Inside sales team
  • Experience hiring, developing and retaining talent
  • Exceptional command of enterprise sales methodologies and the ability to coach to it
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build cross-functional relationships
  • Excellent Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com skills
  • Travel 1 to 2 times a quarter may be required
