The Opportunity

The Corporate Strategy team is looking to hire a strong business operations manager to own and drive high impact business programs that enable our company's growth. This role is a business operation program manager role, which requires experience at the strategic and operational level. You will be partnering with the Chief-of-Staff and 'C'-level leaders on driving strategic initiatives for the company.

About the Team

The Corporate Strategy team at Nutanix is focused on driving growth, performance, and operational efficiency throughout the organization. We work on projects of strategic importance at Nutanix that include growth strategy, business model transformation, go-to-market initiatives, operational excellence, and board communication. The team works closely with the CEO, our executive leadership team, and other senior leaders across the company to shape strategy and drive execution.

Your Role

  • Own and drive large cross-functional corporate initiatives
  • Lead annual strategic planning preparation Manage quarterly business reviews (QBRs)
  • Drive the definition, measurement, and tracking of key strategic initiatives that are critical to company growth and operational efficiency

What You Will Bring

  • Bachelors or Masters in Business Administration required
  • 5+ years of experience owning and driving cross-functional initiatives at the Executive level at software or SaaS companies
  • Experience working at a Software company on the business operations side
  • Experience driving company level QBRs and orchestrating OKR process
  • Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills
  • Self-starter than can launch and manage multiple programs at the same time
  • Strong problem solver that can look at "the art of the possible" and come up with solutions in a fast paced environment
  • Effective collaborator that can leverage partners across the company to deliver impact

Work Arrangement

Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. In locations where our workplace policy applies (i.e. San Jose, Durham, Mexico City, Bangalore, Pune, Hoofddorp, Belgrade, Barcelona, Singapore, Sydney and Tokyo), employees are expected to work onsite a minimum of 3 days per week to foster collaboration, team alignment, and access to in-office resources. Workplace type may vary based on location and team requirements. Please speak with your recruiter for details. Additional team-specific guidance and norms will be provided by your manager.

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ 114,400 and USD $ 229,200 per year. However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
