The Opportunity
Nutanix is building something real in how we attract and engage talent globally, and the People Brand team is at the center of it. As our People Brand Program Manager for India and APJ, you will bring our employer brand to life across some of our most critical and fastest-growing talent markets. You will create content, build relationships across the business, and develop the AI-driven tools and workflows that allow the team to work at scale. This is a role for someone who shows up as a subject matter expert, executes with discipline, and is genuinely invested in what great People Brand work looks like.
About the Team
The People Brand team owns Nutanix's employer brand and recruitment marketing strategy and sets the standard for how the People Team communicates with the Nutanix employee community across the full employee lifecycle. We are externally focused, high-output, and actively building new capabilities in how we use AI across our work. This role is our regional presence for India and APJ, operating as a senior member of a global People Brand team unified under one strategy. This is a high-output role with clear expectations around consistent content delivery and execution. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Global People Brand.
Your Role
  • Create and publish content across multiple formats and channels (written, video, employee-shareable graphics, and employee stories) that aligns regional talent needs with the global People Brand strategy.
  • Build and manage relationships with regional TA leadership and local business leaders, acting as a Subject Matter Expert to ensure content is relevant, credible, and consistently on-brand.
  • Design and build AI agents and workflows that enable regional teams to work more effectively and contribute to how the global team scales its output.
  • Own regional performance data collection and reporting, surfacing actionable insights that inform how the global team evolves its programs.
  • Bring regional market intelligence and perspective into global People Brand planning as a senior contributor.
What You Will Bring
  • Proven experience in employer brand, recruitment marketing, or content and communications, with a track record of delivering quality work independently within a defined strategy.
  • Strong content instincts with the ability to create work that resonates with talent audiences across India and APJ while staying aligned to global brand standards.
  • Hands-on experience with AI platforms and a genuine drive to build workflows, agents, and tools that make teams more effective.
  • The presence and communication skills to engage confidently with business leaders and TA partners across the region as a People Brand subject matter expert.
  • Strong organizational discipline across multiple markets and workstreams, with consistent attention to quality and detail.
  • A bias toward action—moving work forward and making sound decisions while staying tightly aligned to the broader team strategy.
Work Arrangement
Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. In locations where our workplace policy applies (i.e. San Jose, Durham, Mexico City, Bangalore, Pune, Hoofddorp, Belgrade, Barcelona, Singapore, Sydney and Tokyo), employees are expected to work onsite a minimum of 3 days per week to foster collaboration, team alignment, and access to in-office resources.
