In this role, you will support marketing programs across Enterprise and Strategic Accounts in the US and Canada, reporting to the Senior Director of North America Enterprise and Canada Field Marketing. You will assist with initiatives that strengthen customer relationships, drive new business opportunities, and engage key decision-makers.
Responsibilities include supporting marketing data management and analysis, assisting with account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns, and helping plan and execute in-person and virtual events. You will gain experience using tools such as Salesforce (SFDC), Tableau, and AI-powered marketing platforms, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring campaigns from concept to execution. This role includes hands-on involvement with field marketing programs for the Canadian market, working closely with teams supporting Canada; French language skills are a plus but not required.
Throughout the internship, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, learn how campaigns move from idea to execution, and build skills in digital marketing, event planning, data analysis, and strategic marketing. By the end of the internship, you will have developed practical, real-world experience and a deeper understanding of how marketing drives measurable business results.
Your Role
- Support planning, research, and logistics for in-person and virtual events, including conferences, executive roundtables, workshops, webinars, and email and direct mail programs.
- Assist with digital and social marketing initiatives, including LinkedIn campaigns and post-event sales lead follow-up.
- Support the development of account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives targeting strategic and enterprise accounts.
- Gain hands-on experience with marketing and analytics tools, including Salesforce and AI-powered platforms, to assist in campaign execution and reporting.
- Analyze market, account, and campaign data to identify insights that help improve marketing programs and drive pipeline growth.
- Help align marketing activities with sales priorities by supporting targeted campaigns and maintaining accurate account and contact data.
- Support marketing programs for the Canadian and French-speaking markets, including content localization, translation coordination, and targeted email campaigns for Quebec.
- Collaborate with Field Marketing Managers by attending sales meetings, account reviews, and shadowing marketing execution and strategy discussions.
- Contribute to quarterly marketing planning and help prepare presentations and materials for sales teams.
What You Will Bring

- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
- Curiosity and adaptability, with a creative mindset for embracing new ideas.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and alignment with sales objectives.

Work Arrangement
Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. In locations where our workplace policy applies (i.e., San Jose, Durham, Mexico City, Bangalore, Pune, Hoofddorp, Belgrade, Barcelona, Singapore, Sydney, and Tokyo), employees are expected to work onsite a minimum of 3 days per week to foster collaboration, team alignment, and access to in-office resources. The pay range for this position at the commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $30 and USD $30 per year.
However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
