About the Team
At Nutanix, we’re building a hybrid multi-cloud platform that powers some of the world’s most demanding workloads. You’ll work on innovative migration tools recognized by Gartner as one of the best in the business. Our goal is to enable customers to easily migrate workloads to Nutanix platforms, ensuring minimal downtime and business continuity.
Your Role
  • Lead and grow a team of engineers delivering solutions that enable seamless mobility of applications, files, and artifacts across hypervisors, on-prem environments, and public clouds (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

  • Drive performance, scalability, reliability, and operational excellence across the Move platform.
  • Partner closely with Product Management, Program Management, QA, Support, and Documentation teams to ensure timely delivery in a fast-paced environment.
  • Mentor engineers, conduct performance reviews, and foster a culture of ownership, groundedness, and continuous learning.
  • Engage with customers and support teams to understand real-world issues and drive durable solutions.
What You Will Bring

  • Strong background in systems/backend engineering, preferably in virtualization or cloud infrastructure.
  • Solid hands-on experience with Virtualization and Storage technologies.
  • Working knowledge of virtualization platforms such as VMware, KVM, or Hyper-V.
  • Proven ability to guide teams working in Go, C, or similar systems programming languages.
  • Experience building and operating software on Linux-based systems and cloud platforms.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across functions and influence stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (required).
