About the Team

Nutanix is expanding its Revenue Operations Team and transforming its Go-To-Market (GTM) processes. The organization is creating a new GTM Operations office, consisting of several GTM Program Managers responsible for specific Channel/Partner processes and policies. This team aims to improve our Channel’s Experience. Nutanix seeks candidates who are prepared to contribute to significant change and business impact.

Your Role

  • Developing, managing, and rearchitecting programs/processes
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across Channel, Operations, Product Management, Finance, and Sales to identify inefficiencies and revenue-impacting operations, policies, processes and/or tools
  • Creating globally consistent solutions
  • Reviewing, aligning, and obtaining stakeholder approval for solutions
  • Defining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate execution quality
  • Leading solution deployment, enablement, and adoption
  • Periodically reviewing solutions for potential enhancements and ensuring continued success

What You Will Bring

Candidates should have 5-10 years of experience in the following areas:

  • Implementing processes and tools in Sales or Revenue Operations environments
  • Working internationally across regions and time zones
  • Data analysis and providing insights using tools such as SFDC, Tableau, Excel
  • Managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines and outcomes
  • Strong planning and time management skills, with direct accountability and influence
  • Ability to multi-task, manage and reprioritize priorities
  • Building relationships
  • Leadership and English communication skills
  • Leading projects from process and tool definition through deployment and execution
  • Demonstrating judgment, diplomacy, integrity, patience, and professionalism

Work arrangement
This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. In locations where our workplace policy applies (i.e. San Jose, Durham, Mexico City, Bangalore, Pune, Hoofddorp, Belgrade, Barcelona, Singapore, Sydney and Tokyo), employees are expected to work onsite a minimum of 3 days per week to foster collaboration, team alignment, and access to in-office resources.
