The Opportunity
The team has historically been centered in our Bangalore, India office but with recent expansion to the responsibilities we are looking to develop a hub in Mexico to more effectively manage a 24x5 support channel. The team is focused on supporting our partners located across the globe and making sure to bridge the gap between them and our internal sales teams. You will play a large role in guiding sales teams in understanding the sales opportunities partners are bringing to Nutanix.
About the Team
At Nutanix, you will have the opportunity to join our Channel Operations Americas team, a group comprising 2 managers and 9 agents who work collaboratively to support each other. The team works diligently to ensure the seamless operations of Nutanix's channel activities in the Americas, fostering a professional and cohesive work environment.
You will report to the Channel Operations Manager - Americas, a dedicated and supportive leader who values open communication and teamwork. At Nutanix, we offer a hybrid work setup, allowing employees to work remotely 2 days at home requiring them to be in the office 3 days a week to foster team collaboration and in-person connections. Regarding travel requirements, there is no significant travel expected for this role, allowing you to focus on your responsibilities while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Your Role
Managing deal registrations submitted by partners.
Sales opportunity validation related to partner submitted deal registrations.
Enablement and supporting our distributors and partners.
Supporting our channel sales organization.
Partner and channel onboarding experience.
Play a key role in continuous improvement activities in support of partners and internal business processes.
What You Will Bring
1-2 years of experience in sales operations or similar.
Previous CRM experience (Salesforce.com preferred)
Strong analytical skills.
Strong verbal and written communication.
Eager to work with teams across the globe.
Experience with Salesforce.com and other CRMs.
Microsoft Office - Excel and PowerPoint.
Database management.
Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
Advanced English proficiency.
