About the team
Our team is a small, tightly-knit group of 4 individuals who work closely together. We are excited to add one more team member to support Japan Hiring. We pride ourselves on fostering a great team environment where diverse ideas are celebrated and teamwork is key to achieving our shared goals. You will report to Manager, Talent Acquisition, APJ who is committed to nurturing your growth while driving the team to success. Our work setup is hybrid, allowing for flexibility as you are required to be in office for just 3 days a week. This balance of remote and in-office work ensures that you enjoy the best of both worlds while collaborating closely with your teammates.
Your Role
- Act as the trusted advisor in recruiting
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience from screening to offer negotiations
- Conduct talent mapping
- Recommend and lead hiring strategy discussions
- Provide world-class hiring manager and candidate experiences
What You Will Bring
- Minimum 5 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in tech industry. Candidates from agencies are welcome to apply
- Strong communication, international and relationship building skills
- Fluency in Japanese
- Results-oriented with strategic thinking and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Innovative candidate sourcing techniques and networking capabilities.
Work arrangements
Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. For most roles, that will mean coming into an office a minimum of 3 days per week, however certain roles and/or teams may require more frequent in-office presence. Additional team-specific guidance and norms will be provided by your manager.
