Warsaw, Poland
Do you get excited when your software actually interacts with the physical world?
Are you ready to learn the new exciting world of smart robots?
Do you feel tired of working in a big company?
Would you like to cooperate with top professionals in our industry?
If your answers are mostly yes, then you should keep reading.
At Nomagic, we're on a mission to teach robots the real world. We're now looking for a Marketing Intern who will help us grow our presence in the robotics space: from researching the competitive landscape and managing creative assets to keeping our brand consistent and our website up to date.
Offer essentials:
- Learning opportunity in the tech industry within a B2B company
- 3-month contract (with the possibility of extension)
- Full-time availability (40 hours per week)
- Salary: 6,000 – 8,000 PLN gross per month (umowa o pracę/umowa zlecenie)
- Hybrid mode (3 days a week in our Warsaw office)
- English-speaking environment
Here is why we love this job ourselves, and hope you will enjoy it too:
- We build robots powered by AI
- We have them in production at scale and see their real impact on critical operations.
- We’re still pretty small, so everyone has a direct impact on the final result
- Our team has built Google Warsaw, unicorn startups (Climate Corp), tested rocket engines and worked at top companies such as Nvidia or ByteDance. Now we shape the future of smart robotics together!
Some of the problems you may try to solve with us:
- Perform competitive landscape analysis and populate competitive documentation
Evaluate and recommend software for competitive intelligence tracking
Organize and manage the video and photo repository
Propose improvements to video assets used in sales process and perform video edits
Produce creative assets for LinkedIn for chosen solution categories
Oversee small-scale projects with external contractors
Execute requested updates and changes on the company website
Research & Intelligence
Evaluation & Tooling
Asset Management & Creation
Project Coordination
What skills we’d like you to have:
- Ownership mindset: You're proactive and self-directed: when you don't know something, you go find out. You'd rather bring a proposed solution than just flag a problem. That doesn't mean knowing everything: it means not waiting around when you don't.
- Experience with design tools (Canva, Figma, or similar) and openness to experiment with them
- Proficient English: we are an english-speaking company
- Strong research skills: you can synthesise information from multiple sources into clear, actionable insights.
- Interest in B2B marketing in a tech environment: you're curious about how companies market complex products to other businesses.
- Bonus: Video editing
- Bonus: experience with competitive intelligence tools, social media management, or project management with external contractors.
What should you expect once you apply?
- 45-minute interview with the Hiring Manager
- 30-minute interview with the VP of Marketing
- 60-minute interview with the Marketing Team, including a practical exercise
