At Nomagic, we’re on a mission to teach robots the real world. We’re now looking for an Office Manager to support and shape our Warsaw office strategy as we continue to grow. In this role, you will have a direct impact on how people feel at work every day, from the office space and tools they use to the way our workplace supports focus, collaboration, and wellbeing. As Office Manager, you will play a key role in shaping our office operations, employee experience, and the impression we leave on everyone who walks through our doors. We’re looking for someone with strong communication skills, a proactive, can-do attitude, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

What are the things you can expect to do:
- Own and continuously improve office operations and processes to support a smooth, productive, and positive employee experience
- Work closely with team leads and engineers to plan and deliver people initiatives, including company events, celebrations, and integration activities
- Support employees with day-to-day office needs and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires
- Balance efficient office operations with a great employee experience, keeping processes simple and practical
- Act as the main point of contact for all office-related topics, driving decisions, and guiding teams on best practices
- Manage long-term suppliers and vendors, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of services (cleaning, maintenance, deliveries, etc.)
- Take ownership in unclear situations, proactively finding solutions and escalating when needed
- Use data, feedback, and insights to inform decisions and drive improvements in office initiatives
- Stay organized and data-driven while managing multiple priorities under time pressure
What skills we’d like you to have:
- Excellent English, both written and spoken, fluent Polish is required
- Reliable, consistent, and genuinely people-focused
- Proactive and energetic, with the ability to work independently and take full ownership
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on speed and quality, able to make decisions and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- A people-oriented mindset, with a clear understanding of how the office environment affects employee wellbeing and performance
- Proven experience in an Office Manager, Operations, or similar role, with a track record of owning initiatives and delivering measurable improvements
