At Nomagic, we’re on a mission to teach robots the real world. We’re now looking for a Senior Recruiter, who will help us hire the best talent across Polish and EU markets.

Some of the tasks you may work on directly with our Founders:

  • Own and manage the end to end interview process for all candidates
  • Hire according to the highest standards with high efficiency
  • Source, filter candidates, collaborate with hiring managers, schedule interviews
  • Be the single point of contact for candidates throughout the process
  • Run cooperation with external recruitment agencies
  • Measure and own their satisfaction level
  • Supporting Employer Branding, outsource specific profiles, etc…

What skills we’d like you to have:

  • 5+ year Experience as a recruiter
  • Track record of working and succeeding in high talent density organizations
  • Great organisational and communication skills
  • Educational background in business management, analytics, human resources, etc
  • Outstanding communication skills in English and Polish. German is a plus
  • Highly energetic! Strive to get things done and find solutions whatever it takes

What should you expect once you apply?

  • 30 minutes interview with a Recruiter
  • 45 minutes interview with your future manager, Founder and Chief Strategy
  • Preparation of a homework assignment
  • Half a day of onsite interviews
