As the Senior Finance Manager, you will lead the company's financial operations, ensuring robust accounting practices, compliance, and strategic support for the organization.
Working closely with the Head of Finance, you will oversee external accounting teams, handle daily financial operations, and drive process improvements to scale our operations.
This is a critical role, replacing our outgoing Finance Manager, with opportunities to significantly impact Nomagic's growth trajectory. Join us to help shape the financial foundation of a high-growth robotics startup.

What you will work on:

  • Oversee and manage daily accounting activities across all entities (Poland, USA, Germany and Switzerland)
  • Collaborate with external accounting teams across all jurisdictions to ensure smooth operations
  • Lead month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
  • Handle accounts reconciliation and inter company bank reconciliations
  • Act as the key point of contact during the annual audit process
  • Ensure statutory compliance with local and international tax regulations
  • Prepare consolidated financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet) monthly and annually
  • Manage client invoicing and accounts receivables
  • Supervise the preparation and execution of payments, including inter company transactions
  • Support the design and execution of scalable financial processes and systems
  • Prepare financial numbers for Board Meetings and investor update
  • Conduct monthly inventory and asset reporting and analysis
  • Support with leasing and debt managementLead cash flow planning and monitoring to ensure sufficient liquidity for operations
  • Manage banking relationships and corporate card administration

What skills we’d like you to have:

  • 6+ years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in hardware technology or robotics companies
  • Proven experience with consolidation, audit processes, and financial reporting in a multinational setting
  • Proficiency in Polish accounting standards and tax lawsHands-on experience in managing outsourced accounting teams
  • Strong Excel skills and familiarity with financial management software
  • Knowledge of manufacturing accounting and transfer pricing
  • Strong communication skills, Polish and English (mandatory)
  • Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Very good organization skills, ability to juggle multiple projects
  • Highly energetic, proactive and hands-on attitude
