At Nomagic, we’re on a mission to automate human repetitive manual tasks with intelligent robotics. We’re now looking for a Lead Robotics Test Engineer, who will be responsible for taking lead in how we test our robots in Warsaw in order to ensure super-smooth production performance.

Some of the tasks you will take care of:

Define and drive roadmap for quality assurance covering both automated and manual tests
Build tools for efficient automated functional tests
Enhance A/B testing infrastructure
Maintain and optimize processes for manual testing procedures (both qualitative and quantitative) of software and hardware components
Manage release process of our production robotsOptimize costs of testing operations and infrastructure
Provide technical leadership for a small team of QA specialists, support the day-to-day tasks and introduce changes to make their work easier while keeping a high level of QA results
Educate software developers regarding testing best practices

What skills we’d like you to have:

5+ years of experience as Software Engineer in Test (or other similar role)
Experience in developing tools for test automation
Technical leadership in the quality assurance area
Great programming skills (preferably in Python)
Experience with quantitative testing (e.g. A/B test), basic knowledge of statistics
Very good organizational skills
Working in any kind of robot-related or hardware oriented industry is a strong plus
Fluency in English, both spoken and written & great overall communication skills
