Nimble is rapidly growing and looking to bring on an analytical, action-oriented Sales Operations Analyst (SFDC Analyst) to support the Sales team. In this role, you will be helping to manage our CRM, Salesforce, and be responsible for compiling research and providing guidance on market trends, turning data insights into real improvements, and working cross-functionally from our executive team to our front line support.
You will:
- Manage the ongoing administration and provide broad day-to-day operational support of our CRM, Salesforce
- Support the Sales team using Salesforce with process improvement, measurement, tracking, and analytics to their functional areas
- Serve as a liaison between sales and marketing teams, driving improvement on customer outreach and retention
- Develop and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
- Research and identify market trends, create reports, and make recommendations
- Ad hoc reporting and analysis
- Track long-term sales data
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Research, and Operations to make data-driven decisions and recommendations for improving the sales funnel and process
What you bring:
- 1-2+ years of experience in sales or revenue operations
- Familiarity with databases and sales software, preferably Salesforce
- Proficient in SQL and Excel
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, and Slides
- Strong analytical skills and ability to thrive in a data-rich environment
- Exceptional written and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Sales, Business, or equivalent
