Nimble is looking for a motivated, self starting and dynamic Sales Training Professional from the Tech / Healthcare space to join our growing Success Team. As a Sales Trainer, you will be developing and executing training programs that equip our success teams with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed. You will create engaging training content, deliver interactive sessions, and collaborate with leadership to ensure our sales strategies are effectively communicated and implemented. A person that will succeed in this role is someone who is able to learn and adapt quickly, able to dig into the weeds to understand how to best position our product, and drive extreme attention to detail and data in order for the success teams to meet and exceed their growth goals.

You will:

  • Design and implement comprehensive onboarding and ongoing training programs and playbooks that cover product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry best practices
  • Facilitate engaging trainings and one-on-one coaching sessions for new hires and existing success team members
  • Work closely with the sales management teams to identify training needs and gaps in skills, and tailor training programs accordingly
  • Measure the impact of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, continuously improving content and delivery
  • Encourage a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the success team

What you bring:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2-3+ years of experience in a Sales Trainer role
  • Demonstrated success in training, coaching, and mentoring a Sales/Success Team that exceeds sales targets
  • Comfortable working in the gray with experience documenting standard operating procedures
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
  • Organized self starter who pays close attention to details
  • Experience in the Technology / Healthcare space
