As a business operations leader, you will be instrumental in driving operational excellence and efficiency in a very driven, fast-paced startup environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, implement best practices, and support strategic initiatives that contribute to the company’s growth and success.
You will:
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize internal processes and workflows
- Analyze data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend actionable solutions
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management to provide insights into operational performance and strategic opportunities
- Drive efficiency in resource allocation and utilization to maximize productivity and minimize costs
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the organization
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment and compliance with company goals
What you bring:
- Proven experience in consulting, strategy, and/or business operations, preferably within a startup or technology-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree, MBA optional
- 5-8+ years of experience in successful operations and strategy during a rapid growth period
- Curiosity to dig several layers deep into metrics, have an innate desire to understand key drivers and whether they are the correct or best metrics to measure/manage a business or process
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, pivot with shifting priorities, and be proactive
- Organized self starter who pays close attention to details
