Summary of the role

As our UK Activation Manager, you will be the heartbeat of Nick’s in the UK but with extra focus on London. This is a high-visibility, "feet-on-the-street" role designed for a proactive self-starter who thrives on building connections and making things happen. You won't just be following a playbook; you’ll be the one writing it by identifying the latest trends, forging relationships with local KOLs, and executing high-impact marketing activations that put Nick’s at the center of the UK health and wellness scene.

Areas of responsibility

  • Brand ambassadorship: Act as the primary ambassador and voice of Nick’s in the UK with extra focus on the London area.
  • Event representation: Represent the brand at key events, including trade shows, sampling activations, and parties.
  • Relationship building: Identify and build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
  • Marketing execution: Identify and execute key marketing activations, including spotting new trends, events, and collaboration opportunities.
  • Strategic proactivity: Proactively pursue key opportunities rather than waiting for instructions; you are expected to take the lead on local growth.
  • Content creation: Create engaging content for Social Media (SoMe) to amplify our local presence.
  • Sales support: Actively drive new product listings wherever possible to expand our reach.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in brand activation, field marketing, project management or event management (FMCG and Food & Bev experience is a major plus).
  • Track record of securing new sales opportunities and building KOL relationships from scratch.
  • Flexible and willing to work a schedule that matches the heartbeat of the city (including occasional evenings and weekends).
  • Highly organized, able to independently manage multiple priorities, projects, and timelines.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
