We’re right now looking for a highly capable and motivated individual to join our e-commerce team as DTC Lead. What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and scale → You will be leading our DTC expansion, it will be your show.
  • Run paid media → Direct management of Meta + Google Ads (5+ years’ experience). Testing, scaling, cutting, iterating.
  • Optimize Shopify → Drive conversion rate and AOV through CRO tests, bundling, subscriptions, upsells, and landing page improvements.
  • Build retention with Klaviyo → Own lifecycle marketing through email and SMS flows, loyalty programs, and customer experience initiatives.
  • Leverage data to drive decisions → Track CAC, AOV, repeat rate and contribution margin. Bonus if you have experience with Funnel.io or similar tools.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally → Work closely with brand, creative, operations, and finance teams to align on growth initiatives and execution.

What we’re looking for (hard skills):

  • Performance marketing expertise → 5+ years running and scaling Meta and Google Ads campaigns, ideally within CPG and/or replenishables.
  • Marketing automation mindset 2-3 years of marketing automation/CRM experience (Klaviyo is a plus).
  • Marketing 101 → You know how to set up, maintain and optimize online sales funnels and correlating attribution models.
  • CRO experience → You have demonstrable experience in A/B testing & optimizing conversion of landing pages and e-commerce stores (Shopify).
  • Data savvy You understand the importance of metrics and how to draw conclusions from them. KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, CLTV, AOV etc is in your active vocabulary. You’re used to tracking and reporting on these KPIs.
  • The usual suspects → Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Looker experience.
  • Copy that converts → Editing and copywriting skills (English is key, German is a huge bonus).
  • AI-enabled marketing → You know the AI stack and how to use it to accelerate creative testing, copywriting, data analysis, and campaign optimization.

What we’re looking for (soft skills):

  • You get shit done → You are performance and results-oriented. This is a 80/20 role where a “can-do” attitude is required, execution will be key. You need to be curious, creative and with little prestige.
  • E-commerce fluency → Hands-on experience with Shopify and Klaviyo; able to make updates, test new approaches, and brief effectively. You keep up to date with industry trends and insights. You love to test new digital marketing tools.
  • Analytical mindset → Strong comfort with data analysis, drawing conclusions and acting on them
  • Commercial acumen → Proven ability to think beyond channel metrics to contribution margin and P&L impact.
  • Collaborative leadership → Able to work across teams while owning DTC as a channel with clear accountability. Willingness and a large ambition to learn.
  • Great communicator → You’re fluent, almost native, in English (additional languages are a huge plus). Great communicator & team player.
  • Experience in CPG/ecommerce → Understanding of the unique challenges of selling low AOV, high-repeat FMCG products online.
