Meet Your Future Neighbors
As a GTM Engineer at Nextdoor, you’ll sit at the center of our revenue engine - connecting systems, data, and workflows across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. This is a highly cross-functional role that blends engineering, data, and business strategy to drive efficient, scalable growth.
You’ll be responsible for building the infrastructure and automation that powers the entire lead-to-revenue lifecycle. From designing clean, reliable data pipelines to deploying AI-driven workflows, your work will enable teams to move faster, prioritize smarter, and operate with precision.
This role reports to the Head of Revenue Operations and partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Data/Engineering.
At Nextdoor, we operate in an AI-first environment and expect every team member to actively use AI tools as part of their workflow. We aren't looking for prompt engineers; we’re looking for people who use tools like Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, and Glean to challenge their own thinking and take full ownership of AI-assisted outputs.
We also offer a warm and inclusive work environment that embraces a hybrid employment model, blending an in office presence and work from home experience for our valued employees. The hiring team will go over these expectations with you if you are being considered for a role near one of our offices in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Chicago, Dallas, New York, and London.
The Impact You’ll Make
This role is critical to scaling Nextdoor’s go-to-market motion. By transforming fragmented systems and inconsistent data into a unified, intelligent engine, you’ll enable faster execution, better decisions, and more predictable revenue growth. In this role, you will architect and scale the systems that underpin Nextdoor’s go-to-market motion. You’ll replace manual processes with intelligent automation, ensure data integrity across platforms, and unlock actionable insights that drive revenue growth.
Your work will directly improve sales productivity, enhance data trust, and enable better decision-making across the business. By unifying systems and data into a cohesive engine, you’ll help accelerate pipeline generation, conversion, and customer expansion.
What You’ll Own
- GTM Systems Integration & Automation: Design and connect systems across CRM, marketing automation, enrichment tools, and AI platforms. Build workflows that automate prospecting, lead routing, enrichment, and lifecycle management.
- Data Pipelines & Infrastructure: Develop and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines that ingest, transform, and sync data across GTM systems and the data warehouse. Ensure data is timely, reliable, and production-ready.
- GTM Data Modeling & Quality: Build and own structured datasets across pipeline, funnel, lifecycle, and account models. Ensure CRM and downstream data is clean, enriched, and trustworthy.
- AI & Workflow Implementation: Leverage AI tools and LLM-based workflows to enhance prospect research, lead scoring, and personalized outreach. Continuously improve performance through feedback loops and iteration.
- Revenue Systems Engineering: Partner cross-functionally to design systems that identify high-fit prospects (ICP), improve conversion rates, and proactively surface churn and expansion opportunities.
- Analytics & Reporting Enablement: Develop BI models and dashboards that provide real-time visibility into pipeline, conversion, and revenue performance. Establish consistent metrics and a single source of truth.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Build and automate end-to-end GTM workflows (enrich → score → route → engage)
- Design and maintain data models powering scoring, forecasting, and lifecycle tracking
- Connect and manage the GTM tech stack across CRM, data platforms, and AI tools
- Implement AI-driven workflows that reduce administrative burden for Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Data teams - enabling more strategic prioritization, deeper customer research, and highly personalized communications
