VP of Product (Digital Health, Fully Remote) Role Overview We're looking for a strategic and visionary VP of Product to lead Neurotrack's product and design organization and partner with the executive team to shape the company's next phase of growth. Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, you will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Growth Officer, and Chief Science Officer to define a product strategy that drives sales, revenue, and clinical impact - and that positions Neurotrack as the category leader in digital brain health. You will set the long-term vision, build product and design leadership muscle across the organization, and oversee both the product team (led by a Director of Product who runs day-to-day execution and program management) and the design team. Neurotrack is growing rapidly from the foundation of an established market, and this is a chance to craft our future in partnership with the others around the table, internal and external. Key Responsibilities: -
Own Neurotrack's product strategy and long-term vision, in close partnership with the CEO, CTO, CGO, and CSO. -
Translate company goals into a product roadmap that drives measurable sales pipeline, revenue growth, and customer outcomes. -
Establish Neurotrack's product leadership and point of view in the digital brain health market — through thought leadership, customer engagement, and competitive positioning. -
Partner with the CGO and sales leadership to ensure the product is positioned to win, with clear value propositions for each customer segment. -
Work with the CSO and clinical team to align product investments with the latest clinical evidence and emerging standards of care. -
Combine these internal collaborations with clear opinions formed through direct research and interaction with customers and the value we need to deliver to their staff. -
Lead and develop the product and design organization — including the Director of Product and design leadership — and build a high-performing, collaborative team. -
Set the bar for design and user experience across the platform, ensuring product and design are tightly integrated from discovery through delivery. -
Build the product operating model — discovery practices, prioritization frameworks, roadmap rituals, and decision-making norms — that scales as the company grows. -
Champion the voice of the customer across the organization, drawing on customer interviews, market research, and quantitative signals. -
Represent the product organization in board updates, investor conversations, and key customer meetings. -
Ensure the product portfolio meets HIPAA, FDA, and other applicable regulatory and compliance requirements. Qualifications: Required: -
10+ years of product management experience, including 4+ years in a senior leadership role (VP, Head of Product, or equivalent). -
Proven experience setting product strategy in a digital health, healthcare SaaS, or other regulated B2B technology environment. -
Track record of partnering with executive leadership (CEO, CTO, commercial leaders) to drive product decisions that materially impact revenue. -
Strong commercial instincts — comfortable working closely with sales and growth teams to connect product strategy to pipeline and revenue outcomes. -
Demonstrated customer-facing fluency and experience, including leading discovery, design partnerships, executive QBRs and Customer Advisory Board meetings with enterprise level buyers (CMIO, CMO, population health, IT), and uses those conversations as a primary input to roadmap decisions rather than delegating them. -
Strong healthcare knowledge - working collaboratively with science, clinical, product design, compliance, and other teams to find the outcomes that achieve it all. -
Experience leading and developing product and design talent, and building product processes that scale. -
Excellent written and verbal communication skills — able to influence executives, board members, investors, and enterprise customers. -
Data-driven approach to decision making, balanced with strong customer empathy and product judgment. -
Comfortable operating in a small, fast-moving digital health start-up environment where ambiguity is the norm. Preferred: -
Experience scaling a digital health or healthcare technology company through a meaningful growth stage (e.g., $50M+ in revenue). -
Experience in SaaS product development. -
Familiarity with EHR integrations, HL7/FHIR standards, or healthcare interoperability. -
Working knowledge of HIPAA, FDA digital health guidance, and clinical evidence frameworks. -
Experience working with health plans, health systems, or primary care providers,as customer segments. -
Prior experience as a founding or early product leader at a venture-backed start-up. Success Metrics -
Thriving adoption of roadmap rollouts at real customers, driving utilization and growth. -
Customer adoption, engagement, and retention across the product portfolio -
On-strategy delivery of roadmap commitments and major product bets -
Clinical outcome metrics tied to product investments -
Net Promoter Score (NPS) and customer satisfaction across enterprise accounts -
Product and design team health — hiring, retention, and development of product and design talent -
Mature workflows and processes as we scale - everyone knows how to participate, what to expect from each other, and what good looks like. Working at Neurotrack -
