Business Development Representative

Remote – Canada/US (East Coast preferred)

Neurotrack is on a mission to help reduce the risk of Alzheimer’s and other dementias through digital cognitive health solutions. We partner with health plans and healthcare providers to bring accessible, high-quality cognitive assessments and care to anyone, anywhere.

We’re looking for a Business Development Representative to support our Demand Generation efforts. This is a frontline role as part of our commercial team, identifying key stakeholders in the healthcare space and initiating conversations that drive our growth. This is an ideal role for a recent graduate or early-career professional who is smart, curious, outgoing, and eager to grow into a sales career.

What You’ll Do

  • Outbound Prospecting: Execute outbound calling, email and social media outreach (like LinkedIn via direct messages), and other marketing methods to support demand generation campaigns and engage decision makers.

  • Effective Communication: Handle a mix of outbound and inbound calls in a professional, friendly manner

  • Strategic Research: Research target accounts and identify the right contacts to reach out to, using LinkedIn, CRM, and AI tools

  • Lead Qualification: Effectively communicate our value proposition and qualify interest and route opportunities to the Sales team

  • Tech savvy: Use modern tools, including AI-powered tools, to work efficiently and accurately as well as maintain accurate activity and contact data within our CRM

  • Upward Management: Share feedback with Marketing and Sales on messaging and campaign performance

What We’re Looking For

  • 1-2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (sales, marketing, customer support, hospitality, etc.)

  • Comfortable and confident on the phone

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Resourceful, organized, and proactive

  • Tech-savvy and excited to use AI tools to get things done faster and better

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and other social media platforms for professional networking

  • Coachable mindset with a strong desire to learn sales
