Introduction
As the Senior PM for Common Services, you will work closely with our Platform Engineering partners to define and deliver your product roadmap.
You will be an AI-driven product manager who is versed in building AI solutions and leveraging AI tools in your day-to-day to be more efficient as a PM. You will be responsible for defining product requirements, implementing and monitoring metrics to make data-informed decisions, and collaborating with engineering, UX, Marketing, Pricing & Packaging, and GTM teams to deliver high-quality experiences that meet user needs in an agile/scrum environment.
Job Responsibilities
Be the “Voice of the Customer” by gathering direct feedback from users and stakeholders and leveraging multiple tools to collate and prioritize requests to improve our products
Work with internal stakeholders including other Product and Engineering teams across Opti to align early on any dependencies
Regularly communicate priorities and manage stakeholder expectations
Establish prioritization principles that inform consistent, data-driven decision making
Conduct discovery and research in partnership with UX
Stay abreast of industry trends, events, and channels to anticipate customer needs
Draft Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) in thorough detail and with early inputs from Engineering and UX to ensure an optimal user experience, continuously working closely with these partners from concept through execution
Develop solutions with AI-first mentality to address a variety of business challenges
Collaborate with other product and service teams to ensure our AI capabilities are meeting the needs of the market today and in the future
Motivate and collaborate with the scrum team to deliver against commits and deadlines, providing required context, clearly communicating the value prop, and reporting to leadership
Set a predictable cadence for product delivery and high bar for product quality
Evangelize the company and department strategy and regularly communicate it to your scrum and partner teams internally, focusing on customer benefits, ease and delight
Connect company objectives to the team’s work by defining measures to track impact (quantifiable key results / OKRs)
Drive execution as well as adoption, learning and pivoting where necessary based on user feedback and data including implementation and monitoring of dashboards that track the right metrics for meaningful insights
Develop meaningful relationships with key individuals internally and externally to achieve business objectives
Handle conflict and difficult conversations directly and with professionalism
Take ownership of issues and use good judgement on when to escalate vs. inform leaders and stakeholders
Nurture a culture of inclusion and empathy
Give and receive candid feedback
Share knowledge and best practices across the team
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 2 PM - 10 PM
Knowledge and Experience

5+ years of Product Management experience in a similar space

Proven experience (1+ years) working with AI or machine learning in a professional setting

Ability to play a proactive and influential role, be self-motivated with a strong business acumen.

Understanding of user management (roles and permissions) and exceptional Admin user experience.
Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
