Introduction

Optimizely is seeking an experienced Marketing Operations AI Analyst to join our Marketing Operations team. This pivotal role will focus on leveraging AI tools and developing AI agents to optimize, automate, and reinvent the day-to-day operations of the marketing team. This role will be instrumental in supporting our global marketing functions by embedding AI into our core processes andstrategies. This role would need to be aligned with US hours to support the teams they’ll be working with globally to support our AI models within the business.

Job Responsibilities

  • AI Agent Development & Deployment: Design, build, and deploy AI agents using platforms like Opal and Opti-GPT to automate routine marketing tasks, enhance lead management, and generate actionable insights for the Marketing team.
  • AI-Driven Data Management: Help own and enhance the Marketing data framework within our Salesforce and Marketing Automation Platform (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) instances, focusing on AI-driven data analysis, segmentation, and reporting. This includes managing AI-powered dashboards and partnering with our data team on tools like Power BI.
  • Process Automation with AI: Establish best practices in data hygiene and marketing processes, leveraging AI tools to automate data enrichment, streamline campaign workflows, and ensure lead data integrity from capture to conversion.
  • AI-Assisted Reporting & Analysis: Utilize AI capabilities to support marketing performance analysis, campaign ROI measurement, attribution modeling, and ad-hoc reporting, ensuring data quality and efficiency from campaign execution to executive-level reporting.
  • AI Tool Integration: Actively explore, integrate, and manage various AI tools and large language models (LLMs) such as Claude, Gemini, and ChatGPT to enhance operational efficiency and problem-solving capabilities for marketing. Work closely with IT and Marketing leadership to plan, scope, test, and deliver AI capabilities to the team.
  • Continuous AI Optimization: Review and improve current operational frameworks by identifying opportunities for AI integration, aligning processes into a singular, AI-augmented motion across the marketing organization. Build a governance model around AI for marketing use and management.
  • Develop and maintain trust cross-departmentally, advocating for AI-driven solutions to marketing challenges.
  • Maintain current functional knowledge and technical expertise of our platform, with a strong emphasis on AI capabilities.
  • Stay on top of industry news, AI technology products, platforms, and partners to provide and maintain deep industry and ecosystem expertise.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 PM – 5:00 AM Dhaka time [Hybrid]

Please note: You are not required to stay in the office until 12:00 AM. The late-evening meetings can be attended from home.

Knowledge and Experience

  • 1-3 Years of experience working for a SaaS organization.
  • 1+ Year of Salesforce Experience.
  • Experience with Marketing Automation Platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, or Pardot.
  • Familiarity with marketing data models, attribution reporting, and tools such as Snowflake, Power BI, and Google Analytics.
  • Proven experience with AI tools and platforms such as Opal, Opti-GPT, Claude, Gemini, or ChatGPT.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, configure, or manage AI agents for operational tasks
